long long time nvr update le....jiejie ask me to update so i update lor
thursday....we have training but we not really train la,we go gym train and do some pt
ah i remember something,matt laugh until like wat le
mr goh said who have cramp when you doing the pt
benard,sunyi rise their hand up
mr goh said something but i forgot den i add in.....it means cannot make it
den matt keep on laugh
friday do nth bah.....after sch went becak home for awhile den went to meet oscar and soh chwan they all.....soh chwan do some stunts den injured himself hahaha....went back home again den at abt 3.35 went to meet sandy and wansiew.....wan siew ah so late den come and we almost late but the galasia more late so dont need to scared....
ah somemore i first time saw so many ppl pin up the hair le....jiejie also pin up,so funny le wah lucky i nvr kenna from zafraran....
hahaha cannot tahan le...some of them look so funny le XD
