Once for Twice.

now damm tired.....
taining time ah,today quite slack la because coach oso nvr do anything intensive.....
at 3 plus we start to learn a new formation to for defensive de........4 plus we start to play with B boys for almost 5 sets.....

we lost two streak but at third set we oso lose.....so we fourth and fifth set we chiong until like siao........at the last set.....WE WON THE B BOYS!!!!!.

haha damm shiok le.....they oso need to do push-up haha nice
but they only have 4 main player playing but better den nth because first time we won the b boys......
