Once for Twice.
wah today wake at 6 am......mr goh said must go for the b boys training......i call ek den he said he on the way to sch so i ran to sch.......guess wat i went there he was not there so i call him den he said he still on the way to sch so i guess he haven even went out of his housewent b boys training damm tired but lucky dont need to do squats otherwise i will dieden c boys training.....i went to do tat time warm-up still ok den start training le wah suddenly left leg cramp turn another way right leg cramp den suddenly my back oso cramp.......wah den i lost focus le when i start to train is when spiking and after it we play match.........match ah i anyhow anyhow de........lucky coach treat us food.....but we cannot order very much.....wah tired le now go rest tmr still gt c boys training.....die liao
